Nights Weekdays, 8pm to 6am. Call-out fee doubled.: +100%
Weekend and public holiday nights 8pm to 6am. Call-out fee doubled.: +150%

Call-out fees

Ibis Tech is based in Mandurah and covers Mandurah, Rockingham and the Peel region. Further afield by arrangement, so give us a call.

Call-out fees apply to on-site visits and are the same for homes and businesses. There's no call-out fee for remote help. To check your suburb, use the cost estimate below.

Mandurah area Up to 20 km: Mandurah, Halls Head, Falcon, Pinjarra and nearby: $20
Rockingham area 20 to 45 km: Rockingham, Baldivis, Kwinana, Waroona and nearby: $40
Further out Outside those areas, by arrangement: Call for a price

Distances are in a straight line from central Mandurah. Call-out fees are doubled for visits starting between 8pm and 6am.

How billing works

No fix, no charge. If we can't fix it within the first 30 minutes, you only pay the call-out fee. If it needs longer, we'll check with you first. If you'd like us to keep going, time is charged from the start, fixed or not.
On-site visits are the call-out fee plus time, charged in 30-minute blocks. The same for homes and businesses.
Remote help is charged in 15-minute blocks, with no call-out fee.
Time is charged at the rate for when it happens. A job from 4:30pm to 5:30pm is half an hour at the standard rate and half an hour at the evening rate.
Quotes before orders. Nothing is ordered until you're happy. Orders over $100 are paid upfront.

For example

A 40-minute home visit in Mandurah: $20 call-out + 1 hour ($75) = $95.
A 20-minute business visit in Rockingham: $40 call-out + half an hour ($60) = $100.
A home visit in Mandurah where we can't fix it within 30 minutes: $20 call-out, and no charge for the time = $20.
A home visit in Rockingham where we can't fix it, but you ask us to keep trying and it takes an hour and a half in total: $40 call-out + 1.5 hours ($112.50) = $152.50.
